The Sweet Savory offers personal chef services to families and small private offices seeking to eat healthfully and creatively. All menu items are made by hand with special care to great flavors & a dedication to honest, great tasting foods.
More and more people are finding food as a source for healing and whole health. We not only applaud that, we support it. We happily work with your dietician, personal healthful choices or allergist to create inventive, exciting weeknight fare.
The Sweet Savory does not believe in succumbing to fad diets or trendy super foods. Whole foods are super enough! We believe in harnessing your body’s natural potential to keep itself healthy and happy and work with you to create vital, beautiful menus to suit your particular dietary needs.
With an emphasis on whole, seasonal foods, our menus tend to be of the “flexitarian” ilk. This is a manner of eating focused on vegetables, grains, fruits & foods containing live active cultures whenever possible. We support a moderate use of meats & seafood, and whenever used you can be assured that we are using sustainably raised and wild caught products in their natural season.
