Make the fruit puree:
Add raspberries and peaches to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain the puree:
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and pulp. Press gently with a spoon to extract all the juice.
Prepare the lemonade base:
In a saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely, then let it cool.
Mix it all together:
In a large pitcher, combine the fruit puree, lemon juice, cooled syrup, and remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well.
Taste and adjust:
Add more sugar for sweetness or lemon juice for extra tang
Serve:
Pour over ice and garnish with mint leaves or fruit slices for a beautiful finish.
Notes
Tips for the Best Raspberry Peach Lemonade
Use ripe fruit:
The riper your peaches and raspberries, the more natural sweetness you’ll get—meaning less added sugar.
Chill before serving:
Let the lemonade rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
Use sparkling water:
For a fizzy twist, replace some of the still water with sparkling water or soda.
Make ahead:
The fruit puree can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
Variations and Substitutions
Boozy version:
Add ½ cup vodka, rum, or prosecco for an adult-friendly twist.
Sugar-free version:
Swap granulated sugar for honey, agave, or a zero-calorie sweetener.
Berry mix:
Replace raspberries with strawberries, blueberries, or a blend for a mixed berry lemonade.
Herbal infusion:
Add basil or rosemary for a sophisticated flavor boost.
