Notes

Tips for the Best Raspberry Peach Lemonade

  • Use ripe fruit: The riper your peaches and raspberries, the more natural sweetness you’ll get—meaning less added sugar.
  • Chill before serving: Let the lemonade rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
  • Use sparkling water: For a fizzy twist, replace some of the still water with sparkling water or soda.
  • Make ahead: The fruit puree can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.

Variations and Substitutions

  • Boozy version: Add ½ cup vodka, rum, or prosecco for an adult-friendly twist.
  • Sugar-free version: Swap granulated sugar for honey, agave, or a zero-calorie sweetener.
  • Berry mix: Replace raspberries with strawberries, blueberries, or a blend for a mixed berry lemonade.
  • Herbal infusion: Add basil or rosemary for a sophisticated flavor boost.
