Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are well coated.
  • Place the soaked bread on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
